Branded Hand Warmers with Your Logo

How to choose a branded hand warmer

Start with how long people need to stay warm. For a stadium, a ski hill or an all-day outdoor event, air-activated hand warmers give heat for hours and cost little per piece, which makes them the best fit when every attendee gets one. A reusable click-disc warmer gives a quick burst of heat for 15 to 25 minutes and can be reset and used again, so it suits short outdoor moments and sideline giveaways.

Then decide whether the gift should last. A rechargeable hand warmer replaces a box of disposables and stays with your client all winter, and most models also charge a phone. For executive and client gifts, a Zippo HeatBank or refillable Zippo adds a name people recognize, with your logo laser engraved.

Think about who will use it. Clinics, pharmacies, chiropractors and wellness programs often prefer reusable hot packs, because the same pack works warm from the microwave and cold from the freezer. Outdoor crews, hunters and field teams get more from a rechargeable warmer with a light, like the Thaw with built-in flashlight.

Plan the timing. Disposable warmers usually ship within a week of proof approval, while engraved Zippo and rechargeable models take two to four weeks. For holiday gifts and season openers, order early.
