Reusable hot packs are pocket-size gel packs that warm up in the microwave and also work as a cold compress from the freezer. This range is limited to sizes that fit a coat pocket or glove: Aqua Pearls, gel bead, plush-backed and nylon-covered packs, printed with your logo.

Types of hot packs
Aqua Pearls. Packs filled with clear gel beads in round, square, heart and mini sizes, pad printed or printed in full color. The supplier lists them as CPSIA and Prop 65 compliant, FDA certified and TRA tested.
Gel bead and Tekbeads. Colorful gel bead packs in round, square, heart and rectangle shapes, with instructions printed on the back.
Plush and nylon-covered. Plush-backed packs feel softer on skin, and nylon-covered packs have a fabric cover instead of bare vinyl. Both suit wellness programs, clinics and patient gifts.
How warm, and for how long
A hot pack is warmed in the microwave following the instructions on the back, and it gives gentle heat for a short time, much less than an air-activated or rechargeable warmer. That makes it a good fit for clinics, pharmacies, chiropractors and sideline first aid, where the same pack is also used cold. For long outdoor days, pick hand warmers or rechargeable hand warmers.
Good to know before you order
